Job Description:A forward-thinking Senior HR Strategist is required to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, develop and implement organizational development initiatives, manage payroll systems efficiently, and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, including the Modern Slavery Act, to identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations.
- Design and implement efficient payroll processes and systems, ensuring accurate tax calculations and deductions, and maintaining employee records in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulations throughout the process.
- Provide guidance on wage structures, working hours, leave entitlements, allowances, and termination procedures under the Hospitality Industry General Award (HIGA).
- Perform general HR tasks, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records.
