- Proven experience in a senior-level HR Business Partner role, with expertise in AU and NZ awards/legislation.

- Familiarity with training management and/or compliance tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
- A flexible and professional attitude, with a proactive approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
