Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front desk, including greeting and registering owners and guests, providing local area attraction information, and completing department-related paperwork.

You will also utilize communication equipment such as telephones, facsimiles, and computers.

  • Enthusiasm for delivering excellent guest experiences

The ideal candidate will have immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, high levels of computer literacy, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
