My People Solutions is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Senior Service Technician to join their team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient installation and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC units.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring delivery of services in accordance with contractual and manufacturers' requirements.
  • Share knowledge and technical expertise with colleagues, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure high-quality services and project timelines are met.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies, procedures, and Work, Health & Safety legislations and regulations.
  • Assist in building out the service delivery team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Licences

  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
  • Current RAC01 Refrigerant Handling Licence.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • Tradesperson Certificate.
  • Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
  • Ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment and experience in servicing and maintaining different types and brands of HVAC units.
  • Sound understanding of WHS systems and processes with a safety-first approach.
  • Clear communication skills, excellent problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Honest and reliable individual with ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work safely at heights when required.
  • Must be punctual and reliable and willing to provide a National Police Check.
