We are currently recruiting Senior HVAC/Air Conditioning & Appliances Technicians to support our customer service operation in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately service faults, provide maintenance, and measure product service data to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support our Customer Service Technicians to ensure faults are serviced accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessions to provide excellent customer service.
  • Infield supervision of Technicians and Apprentices when required to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
  • Identify suggested improvements and share with relevant cross-functional stakeholders, such as Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development, for diagnosis, analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all activities of the customer experience service operation are performed in compliance with country, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business.
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory to ensure timely completion of service tasks.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated domestic and commercial HVAC experience, fostering a culture of action learning and performance through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Refrigeration Mechanical – Certificate III, ARCtick Licence, and an Electrical Practicing Licence for the state.
  • Valid and clean driver licence.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering exemplary customer service experience in the HVAC space.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature.
