Job Description

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service, support, and training to our customers, dealers, and authorised service centres.

You will accurately service faults, provide maintenance, and measure product service data while developing and maintaining superior product knowledge through various training media, service manuals, and training sessions.

Infield supervision of technicians and apprentices when required, identifying suggested improvements and sharing with relevant stakeholders for diagnosis, analysis, and continuous improvement.

You will ensure all activities of the customer experience service operation are performed in compliance with country, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business.

Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated domestic and commercial HVAC experience fostering a culture of action learning and performance through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • A Refrigeration Mechanical – Certificate III, ARCtick Licence, and an Electrical Practicing Licence for the state.
  • A valid and clean driver licence.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proven track record in delivering exemplary customer service experience in the HVAC space.
  • To be self-motivated with a positive, friendly, approachable nature.
