About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HVAC service and maintenance across the Sydney Metro Area. The role involves working at various job sites, including retail, hospitals, office blocks, and aged care facilities.


With a focus on reliability and efficiency, this position offers guaranteed job stability through long-term service contracts. As a mobile worker, you will utilize a company-maintained vehicle to ensure seamless delivery of services.

About Our Client


This relatively new player in the market has quickly established itself as a reputable force in the industry. By securing impressive contracts across the city and experiencing steady growth year-over-year, they are now looking to expand their team with two skilled service technicians.


Senior, intermediate, and recently qualified professionals are all encouraged to apply. Key requirements include a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, an ArcTick Licence (RAC01), a valid driver's licence, and significant experience in HVAC system service, maintenance, and diagnostics.


Bonus qualifications such as VRV or VRF experience are highly desirable, while BMS or Chiller experience is considered advantageous. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential attributes for success in this position.


What We Offer


In line with industry standards, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on the average hourly rate for HVAC service technicians in the Sydney area.
