About the Role

We are currently recruiting Senior HVAC/Air Conditioning & Appliances Technicians for a dynamic role in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately service faults, provide maintenance, and measure product service data
  • Support our Customer Service Technicians to ensure faults are serviced accurately
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions
  • Identify suggested improvements and shares with relevant cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure all activities of the customer experience service operation is performed in compliance with country, state and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated domestic and commercial HVAC experience
  • Refrigeration Mechanical – Certificate III, ARCtick Licence, and an Electrical Practicing Licence for the state
  • Valid and clean driver licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven track record in delivering exemplary customer service experience in the HVAC space
