We are currently recruiting Senior HVAC/Air Conditioning & Appliances Technicians for Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service faults, provide maintenance, and measure product service data with accuracy
  • Support Customer Service Technicians to ensure faults are serviced accurately
  • Train Dealer and Authorised Service Centre network on service and installation
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training media, service manuals, and sessions
  • Supervise Technicians and Apprentices in the field
  • Identify improvements and share with cross-functional stakeholders for diagnosis, analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure activities comply with country, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business
  • Manage van stock of spare parts inventory

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated domestic and commercial HVAC experience with a culture of action learning and performance
  • Refrigeration Mechanical – Certificate III, ARCtick Licence, and Electrical Practicing Licence for the state
  • Valid and clean driver licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven track record in delivering customer service experience in the HVAC space
  • Self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
