This role involves establishing relationships with local schools, career advisors, and other community organizations to attract new participant referrals.

You will initially focus on building these relationships before servicing clients.

This is a full-time permanent position, operating Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

The Position:

APM has secured the Transition to Work contract. As a member of this team, you will be based in the Ryde office, establishing relationships with community organizations to attract new participant referrals.

Assessing participants’ needs, identifying barriers to employment, and providing solutions-focused approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment are key responsibilities.
