Job Description
  • You will provide initial assessment and psychometric testing for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment.
  • Our new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support help clients achieve their goals.
  • Initial assessments will be conducted with injured workers and case management for return to same employment.
  • Psychological functional capacities and psychological functional assessments will be reported on by your team.
  • Recommendations will be made on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work.
  • Detailed case notes and reports will be written by counsellors.
  • Work with veterans will involve supporting their psychosocial, medical, and return-to-work goals.
  • Adjustment to Injury counselling and Vocational Counselling will be provided in-person and via phone to support clients' rehabilitation.
