About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the strategy business area.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and programs, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our business remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as natural resource management, environmental policy, or evaluation.
  • 10-15 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
