Exciting Opportunity for a National Reserves Manager

About the Role:

This dynamic position offers a unique chance to lead the development of a secure, sustainable, and future-ready reserves and resources base across existing operations and future growth areas.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the national Reserves Replenishment Program, ensuring timely and strategically aligned reserves planning.
  • Assessing, prioritising and delivering replenishment programs that support operational continuity and market expansion.
  • Evaluating new growth opportunities, contributing to M&A assessments, and ensuring long-term resource security beyond the life of current assets.
  • Contributing to the technical integrity of internal and external reporting processes, ensuring compliance and confidence in our resource base.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences or Mining Engineering.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Extractive Industries or relevant experience.
  • 15+ years in Exploration, Mine Geology or Technical Services, or relevant Aggregates industry experience.
  • Membership (or eligibility) with AusIMM or AIG.
  • Recognised or eligible as a Competent Person (JORC 2012) or equivalent reporting code.
