Expand your expertise as a Property Accountant and/or Financial Administrator in a dynamic role that combines Trust Accounting and Bookkeeping duties. Located in Perth's Northern Suburbs, this medium-sized agency operates across Residential, Commercial, and development sectors.

Apart from attractive remuneration up to $85,000 + Super, the company offers flexible part-time hours, allowing you to balance work and personal life.

As a successful candidate, you will join a caring and supportive management team, working alongside another team member within the accounts department and General Manager.

This exciting opportunity allows you to tailor your role and hours to suit your preferences, with the option to manage either or both areas of responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Trust Accounting: Managing all aspects of Trust across 600 properties, bond lodgements, daily reconciliations, and end-of-month tasks.
  • Bookkeeping: Handling payroll for up to 20 staff members, including commissions, general accounts, monthly reporting, and BAS preparation (if desired).

  • Senior or Junior experience in an assistant capacity, seeking growth.
  • Experience in either Bookkeeping or Trust Accounting.
