Job Title: Retail Property Administration Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Property Administration Specialist to join our team at Longreach Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the retail property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Centre Manager and Retail Manager with the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budgets, outgoings, forecasts, and audits.
- Provide financial information to stakeholders.
- Raise invoices, purchase orders, interest charges, and reconcile tenant accounts and rental arrears.
- Manage daily retailer and tenant issues and assist the centre manager with lease administration.
- Understand and implement the Law and Retail Tenancy Act.
- Review legal invoices and documentation.
- Maintain and manage bank guarantees and the insurance register.
- Database management.
- General administration duties.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in the retail property industry.
- Ability to deal with complaints and resolve conflict situations.
- Highly proficient in word, excel, and outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and highly focussed on accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and the ability to prioritise.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
