About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at FourQuarters Recruitment. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for a combination of daily accounting and admin duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Admin and Reception Functions
- Processing of Payroll Data
- Maintain Data for Invoicing Ensuring Accuracy
- Ensure Maintenance of Data Logs
- Answer General Queries from Clients and Stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous Experience in a Fast Paced Environment as an Accounts Clerk/Officer
- Demonstrated Experience in Data Entry and Invoicing
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills
- A High Attention to Detail with the Ability to Problem Solve
What We Offer:
