Corporate Access Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Access Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our global corporate access team, you will be responsible for coordinating domestic and offshore research roadshows, managing logistics, and maintaining calendars.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate domestic research roadshows, including managing dates, creating invitations, and arranging logistics.
- Manage offshore non-deal and deal roadshows, both in-person and virtual or hybrid.
- Coordinate results season logistics, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
- Organize corporate roadshows, both in-person and virtual.
- Coordinate internal and client-facing events, including company desk briefings, industry expert events, research analyst briefings, and relationship-building events.
- Liaise with offshore teams and communicate conferences to local sales teams.
- Manage domestic conferences, including venues, contracts, keynote speakers, and corporate meeting management.
- Maintain and update daily and weekly corporate access calendars.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with client tracking and event databases a plus.
- Understanding of virtual event platforms.
What We Offer
This role offers a competitive day rate between $450-$580 per day, plus superannuation. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading global investment bank and contribute to the success of our corporate access team.
