Job Summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Passenger Reduced Mobility Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe transportation of passengers with reduced mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance and/or MAAS (Meet & Assists) to/from assigned gates.
  • Assist passengers with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage.
  • Work closely with the PRM Shift Coordinators & Passenger Service Supervisors to ensure a smooth process for all passengers requiring special assistance.
  • Transport passengers to further connecting flights/terminals when appropriate.
  • Proactively report and complete an Incident/Accident Report for any issue you may encounter.
