Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Passenger Reduced Mobility Agent to join our team at Menzies Aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance and/or MAAS to/from assigned gates.
  • Support passengers with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage.
  • Collaborate with PRM Shift Coordinators & Passenger Service Supervisors to ensure a smooth process for all passengers requiring special assistance.
  • Transport passengers to further connecting flights/terminals when necessary.
  • Proactively report and complete an Incident/Accident Report for any issues encountered.
