Workplace Health and Safety Strategist

As a key member of our Work Health and Safety team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
About the Role- Develop and implement comprehensive WHS plans across service operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective union engagement.
- Mentor and support a small team of WHS Business Partners in achieving outstanding performance and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and performance management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a strong emphasis on leadership and strategy.
- At least 7 years of experience in WHS, with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
