Regional Industry Career Developer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to coordinate the Screenworks Regional Crew Pathways Program, supported by Netflix. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of film and TV production, as well as experience in managing crew and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination: Oversee all aspects of the Regional Crew Pathways Program, including participant selection, workshop management, and placement coordination.
Crew Management: Work closely with program partners and facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of workshops and placements.
Trainee Support: Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout their placements, including tracking progress and addressing any concerns.
Location and Crew Management: Manage inbound location and crew queries, and maintain records on Screenworks crew and locations databases.
Industry Development: Explore opportunities to increase listings on Screenworks databases and promote regional-based screen projects, events, and people.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of film and TV production, including contracting and employing crew.
Experience in managing crew and training programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
