Regional Career Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to coordinate our Regional Career Development Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training workshops, managing trainee placements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Workshops: Prepare guidelines, application forms, and participant feedback forms required for the 'On Boarding' Crew Training workshops. Manage all aspects associated with the workshops in participating regions, including sourcing venues and liaising with program partners.
  • Trainee Management: Select trainees from the 'On Boarding' workshops, schedule and contract work placements, and provide guidance and support throughout the traineeship.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records on crew and locations databases and explore opportunities to increase the number and quality of listings.
