Regional Career Development Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team in delivering the Regional Crew Pathways Program, an initiative supported by Netflix. As a key member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of regional people and assisting them in accessing opportunities within the film and TV industry.
This position involves working collaboratively with various stakeholders, including trainees, program partners, and course facilitators. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the Regional Crew Pathways Program, ensuring successful outcomes for both participants and the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in the film and TV industry, with established contacts who can secure work for trainees
- Solid understanding of contracting and employing crew
- Able to provide advice and guidance to early career crew members
This is a casual position, approximately 24 hours per week, with flexible options available. You will have the opportunity to work from our Ballina office at least one day a week and remotely or work from home for the remaining hours.
