Regional Crew Pathways Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the growth and development of early career crew members.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the film and TV industry with established contacts to secure work placements for trainees. Strong contracting and employing skills are essential, as well as the ability to provide guidance and support to trainees.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing guidelines and documentation required for 'On Boarding' Crew Training workshops.
- Managing all aspects associated with 'On Boarding' workshops, including sourcing venues and liaising with program partners.
- Selecting trainees from the 'On Boarding' workshops and collaborating with course facilitators.
- Sourcing, scheduling, and contracting work placements for trainees.
- Supporting trainees in settling into their placements and providing ongoing guidance.
- Liaising with trainees to track their progress through their traineeships.
- Managing and responding to inbound location and crew queries.
- Maintaining up-to-date records on crew and locations databases.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within our team.
