About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Success professional to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, introducing Gartner services and capabilities, and facilitating client calls to understand priorities and recommend programs of action.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various business functions.
  • Communicate value to decision-makers and introduce Gartner services and capabilities.
  • Facilitate client calls, understand priorities, and recommend programs of action driving high value and return on investment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients, and strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
