Job Title:

Senior Client Liaison Representative


 

The Senior Client Liaison Representative plays a pivotal role in providing the first point of contact for individuals affected by violent crime with Victims Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service and support by furnishing information, guidance, and referrals directly to victims and their representatives.
  • Exercise professionalism, objectivity, and integrity, working collaboratively within a team to provide a client experience that is trauma-informed and resolve issues where possible.
  • Respond to inbound calls, delivering a consistent client experience while achieving key performance indicators and performance targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work in a trauma-informed way when providing services and support to victims of crime.
  • Experience providing high-level support to vulnerable clients in a high-volume work environment.
  • Ability to maintain self-wellbeing in an environment that exposes staff to sensitive and confronting information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic administrative capabilities.


Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a trauma-informed manner.
  • High volume customer service experience.
  • Self-awareness and ability to maintain wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Victim Services policies and procedures.
