Customer Experience Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to deliver exceptional client liaison and facilitate seamless access to our services.

  • Manage assigned customers with proactive communication and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client calls and inquiries, adhering to our procedures;
  • Deliver superior customer experiences and promote new products/services to existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an inbound/outbound phone-based customer service role (preferably in the medical or insurance industry);
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Word and Excel, numeracy skills, data entry, and database management;
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Desirable but not essential: knowledge of medical terminology, workers' compensation, personal injury processes/legislation, medicolegal, and/or life insurance industry experience.
