Technical Support Role

In this role, you will be working in a collaborative environment to provide exceptional support to customers.

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, delivering L1-2 support using a suite of products
  • Resolve customer issues through email, phone, and chat, ensuring clear, concise, and empathetic communication
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting documentation for internal and customer use
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve customer issues
  • Share detailed feedback based on customer interactions to drive product improvements and ensure alignment with user needs
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work in rotational shifts to support the expanding customer base
  • Apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Provide timely and effective communication to customers
