Provide Technical Support as a Customer-Focused Specialist

Join a boutique Managed Service Provider and gain valuable experience working with diverse technologies.

This is a permanent opportunity to work 5 days on-site in Sydney CBD, handling customer inquiries and providing technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will be able to interpret client needs, apply their knowledge and resources, and collaborate with peers to achieve the best possible outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Level 1/2 Support for clients
  • Assess issue severity and prioritize tasks based on business impact
  • Monitor and respond to incoming technical support requests through the ticketing system
  • Deploy software and hardware-based solutions remotely and on-site
  • Work with clients via phone, email, or other methods to resolve issues timely
  • Maintain detailed notes on client issues and resolutions
  • Travel locally and interstate when required, holding a valid driver's license

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and self-management
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • 3+ years of related technical support experience

Desirable Experience and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Windows server operating systems
  • Server hardware, environments, and networking
  • Windows Active Directory and related Windows Security
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Office 365 and Azure-based services
  • Networking concepts
