Study Director - Bioanalysis Expert

Agilex Biolabs is seeking a highly experienced Study Director with a strong background in bioanalysis to lead our team of scientists in delivering high-quality results for our clients.

About the Role

  • Manage studies to ensure timely completion and regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ensure the scientific integrity and accuracy of study data.
  • Troubleshoot scientific issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Update and review Analytical Laboratory Methods (ALMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • Ordinary degree in life sciences.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in regulated bioanalysis, preferably in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Study Director.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating with clients on high-level science issues.
  • Proven ability to review SOPs and ALMs.
  • Demonstrated initiative, trust, and reliability, with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Word and Excel experience.
  • Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), preferably Watson (desirable).
  • Experience with immunoassay development (desirable).
