Part-Time Insurance Coordinator

About the Role:

This part-time position supports the Senior Administrator in achieving core underwriting, operations, and administrative objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to collect information for data entry into systems while identifying and resolving problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist underwriters in inputting submissions into policy administration systems.
  • Maintain renewal tracking, ensuring exceptions are managed within defined deadlines.
  • Process policy endorsements.
  • Support the Senior Administrator in ensuring key tasks are completed within specified SLAs.
  • Collaborate with other business units to process and update policies and accounts to reflect current brokers.
  • Support the Senior Administrator in training and development of future hires.
  • Work collaboratively to create and maintain reports and trackers on key tasks.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Able to work efficiently, independently, and proactively to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • ANZIIF qualifications highly regarded.
