This is an exciting career opportunity for a General Insurance Coordinator to join our team

You will be responsible for helping us managing all general insurance related matters in REMONDIS.

**Key **Responsibilities include**
- Coordinate Q4 insurance program renewal including: completion of proposal forms, sourcing of information from internal stakeholders, confirming/amending insured locations and sums insured all accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate site risk surveys, follow up and collate all responses
- Liaise with insurance broker to manage all motor vehicle claims
- Lodge and record depot claims, liaise with third parties on progress of claims
- Manage incoming third party insurer queries and check in relevant systems (Exflow/FinOps/Donesafe) to track progress of excess payments and liability claims
- Monitor legal invoices for Public Liability claims
- Maintain filing system in Donesafe
- Send credit notes or invoices received from the broker to AP team, provide the invoice summary and allocation rule per site
- Collect data to support RFPs or other procurement projects
- Analyse vendor spending by categories

**Who you are**
- Experience in motor vehicle claims and/or public liability claims (desirable), or within customer service or administration
- Heavy Motor/Industrial industry experience (desirable)
- Service-focussed towards both internal and external parties
- Highly motivated to achieve excellence in all tasks
- Prompt actioning of tasks/management of time
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Financially savvy
