You will provide a high level of customer service experience and administrative support to Zurich's Group Insurance policy clients. Your tasks will include analysing data for annual review calculations, account reconciliations, database management, checking for claims eligibility and ensuring policy records are up to date. You will manage a portfolio of policies and assist with providing member and policy information to a range of different stakeholders.

- Exceptional customer service skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid MS Office literacy, with competency in Excel
