About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team at Sportscraft.

Job Summary

This is a key role that will be responsible for building and managing product categories, product merchandising, and navigation to ensure relevant customer journeys based on marketing, trade, and search activity. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with email marketing and ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage product categories, product merchandising, and navigation to ensure relevant customer journeys based on marketing, trade, and search activity.
  • Assist in the product enrichment process and upload all available products in accordance with delivery dates, maintaining a detailed view of the product catalogue.
  • Set up and test promotions in line with planned activity.
  • Upload product & promotions on Marketplaces.
  • Accurately report on email and website performance weekly and execute actionable insights.
User Experience Expertise:
  • Brief and implement onsite content, including homepage, landing pages, and content articles with a strong focus on UX and mobile.
  • Maintain onsite search settings and continually work to optimise the search experience.
  • Maintain open communication with the Customer Care team to ensure the customer help centre is up to date and a positive customer experience is priority.
  • Build relationships and work with key teams to continually optimize product merchandising, content, and communications onsite.
  • Undertake UAT for future developments.
Marketing Expertise:
  • Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Creative teams to execute engaging email & SMS campaigns in line with our core marketing calendar and tactical initiatives.
  • Support in end-to-end process of email creation from briefing, development, testing, feedback, and deployment.
  • Optimise and manage all trigger and journey-based email campaigns for the brand.
  • Assist in keeping the email contact sheets and planner up to date.
KPIs and Performance Metrics:

Targets achieved for Sales, Gross Profit $, AOV, Conversion Rate, Traffic performance, EDM CTR.

  • You have 1+ years in an ecommerce role and/or an ecommerce university degree.
  • You have knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • You have experience with email marketing and ecommerce platforms.
  • You have a high-level attention to detail.
  • You're an excellent communicator and collaborative team-player.
  • You have a passion for online retail & a positive can-do attitude.
