As a key member of our operations team, the Reservations & Revenue Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our reservations and revenue department. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic organization and make a meaningful impact on our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train a high-performing reservations staff to meet stringent performance standards.\
  • Inventory Optimization: Monitor room availability and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.\
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations, providing outstanding customer service.\
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze reports on reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue to inform strategic decisions.\
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Revenue to align strategies and optimize revenue.\
  • System Implementation: Implement new systems to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.\
  • Group Business Management: Focus on group business by managing group reservations from pre-arrival to on-property.\
  • Technology Management: Utilize hotel systems to manage bookings and maintain records.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reservations or front office roles, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.\
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
