**About Us**:
Quarters at Flinders Hotel is an award-winning, 40-room boutique hotel offering luxury coastal accommodation on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. Directly opposite is Motel Flinders, our freshly renovated motel where retro style meets coastal cool. Both properties are part of a vibrant hospitality precinct in Flinders, a sought-after destination on the Mornington Peninsula known for its natural beauty, village charm, and exceptional food and wine experiences. We're proud to offer our guests warm, genuine service in a relaxed coastal setting. We're looking for someone who shares our passion.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Duty Manager, you'll be part of our dynamic team working together to deliver an exceptional experience to our accommodation, conference, and groups guests. This varied role blends guest services, reservations, administrative support, and concierge assistance across both properties.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Welcome arriving guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience
- Manage reservations for accommodation, conferences, and group bookings
- Provide concierge-style support, including local dining and attraction recommendations
- Consistently deliver friendly and professional service
- Ensuring accurate records and efficient communication across hotel departments
- Provide general administrative and operational support

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in hotel reception or restaurant reservations (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a frontline customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can remain calm under pressure and adapt to guest needs
- A professional, well-groomed appearance
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
