Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Learning Lead to join our team. As a key member of our global learning development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of leadership at our organization.

This is a hands-on, creative role that requires strong instructional design skills, expertise in digital learning technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design and develop high-quality digital learning assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop digital learning assets that support leadership development across all levels
  • Create compelling primers, videos, microlearning, and digital learning content that motivates leaders to engage and apply what they learn
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, accessible formats that align with our brand and learning outcomes
  • Advise on the best media and formats to deliver learning outcomes effectively
  • Apply human-centered design and design thinking principles to ensure content is inclusive, engaging, and accessible
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure content is contextually relevant and culturally attuned
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital learning design, especially for leadership or people development audiences
  • Strong instructional design skills and a portfolio of digital content that drives behavior change
  • Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other eLearning platforms
  • A curious mindset – you're already exploring emerging technologies like AI and thinking about how they can enhance learning experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A passion for creating learning that makes a real impact
