Job Position: Senior Digital Learning Specialist

The SDPR program is transforming the way patient care is delivered and experienced in NSW public health.

This position empowers clinicians and care teams with real-time access to unified patient data, enabling safer, more transparent, and quality care for every person.

You will contribute to the millions of ways we enrich healthcare every day by designing and delivering innovative digital health training programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver flexible training solutions for end users across NSW.
  • Lead end-to-end training activities during both implementation and ongoing support phases.
  • Integrate vendor content and digital learning tools into training programs aligned with policy and instructional design standards.
  • Collaborate with training teams across Health Districts to meet statewide program requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bring expertise in adult learning to a dynamic environment, shaping how thousands of staff engage with digital health systems.
  • Design and deliver high-quality software training programs driving meaningful transformation from concept through to implementation.
  • Develop eLearning content and deliver impactful virtual training experiences.
  • Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
