Learning and Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on implementing business systems with a user-focused approach to managing change.

  • This involves creating learning content such as videos, resource guides and eLearning modules.
  • The specialist will also design and deliver training workshops and one-on-one coaching in online, face-to-face or blended environments.
  • Key responsibilities include consulting across the business to understand context, people and needs.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive and curious, with a drive to continually develop their own skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the confidence to consult with and influence stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate IT or L&D professional to work closely with the IT and Digital team to enhance digital literacy across the business.

The Learning and Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in using digital solutions to drive efficiency improvements and work with the business to identify additional use cases and drive change.
