- Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of life insurance claims.
- Completion of the MetLife Claims Accreditation Program.
- Quality decisions supported by sound analysis of medical, vocational, and financial information.
- Strong adherence to service level agreements, quality standards, and customer satisfaction measures.
- 3+ years' experience managing life insurance claims in a group environment.
- Currently holds or can attain delegated authority across all group product lines.
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation, policy definitions, and the claims assessment process.
- Opportunity to develop case management strategies and drive adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Chance to communicate professionally with customers and provide timely updates.
