About the Role
Exact IT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support for employees.
- Perform account administration within Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and bespoke applications.
- Assist with IT-related projects, ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.
- Onboard new employees and conduct user induction/training.
- Maintain and develop documentation and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience of providing 1st level IT support within a law firm.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune/SCCM, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with iManage DMS, Mitel telephony, and Citrix is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco, and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working in the legal sector.
