Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition of new business within the global enterprise space. This role focuses on targeting international and multinational customers with headquarters in Australia or other local countries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, minimum 10 years of sales experience in telecommunications, IT, and/or systems integration, and a proven track record in delivering sales targets over consecutive years.

Key Responsibilities

  • To acquire new customers and business for Vodafone's international division
  • Negotiate profitable business and lead virtual teams for sales engagement
  • Manage sales proposals, tenders/bids, contract management, and order processing details
  • Develop executive contact plans and relationship mapping strategies to build relationships and insights into customer situations
  • Complete accurate sales pipeline and reporting details

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Local & International Japanese nationality or equivalent experience and fluency in Japanese and English languages
  • TAS (Target Account Selling) skills and experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in telecommunications, IT, and/or systems integration
  • Proven track record in delivering sales targets over consecutive years
