The Opportunity Overview

As the Regional Operations Leader, you will oversee and lead the day-to-day activities and performance of the centre, including:

  • Participating in business development initiatives and client engagement opportunities that involve the regional workforce

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Executive experience in professional services or consulting, with knowledge across risk, data, analytics, technology, and business transformation domains
  • A solid record in business development and go-to-market strategy, ideally within financial services or government sectors
  • Extensive experience in leading and engaging large teams, with a desire to help others learn and grow
  • A reputation for building strong relationships and executing on multiple priorities
  • Experience in delivering and evolving managed services where the team is an extension of the client's operations
