About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to lead and manage cross-functional teams in the Grampians region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice, leading staff, and promoting effective integration of services and programs.

This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and influence strengthened diversionary responses, promote opportunities for rehabilitation, and contribute to community safety and crime reduction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic advice to regional directors
  • Developing plans and strategies consistent with the regional business plan and allocating resources
  • Maintaining case management records and preparing regional reports for senior management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require significant expertise in the statutory Youth Services context and experience in leading and managing operations. You should also have experience in creating a culture that supports and respects individuality and recognizes the benefits of diverse ideas and approaches.
