Here at Y Ballarat we provide a wide range of programs and services to over 100 communities across Victoria, including rural and remote communities. We currently have over 700 staff across the state and continue to grow and develop our passionate workforce.

Our children's services operations include the management of kindergartens, early learning centres and before and after school care. We have over 90 services across Victoria. Our Youth programs have an increased presence in Ballarat through our Youth hubs, workshops and in our ReCranked and JumpStart programs.

Are you an experienced people leader with a passion for early childhood education? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager for our Baw Baw services. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing our early years services.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in our community. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with stakeholders and mentor your team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the delivery of high-quality early years programs.

We are seeking someone who thrives on the challenges of stakeholder engagement and has a proven track record in people leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our early years services, ensuring that our programs meet the needs of families and provide exceptional experiences for children.
