Area Operations Leadership Role

This senior position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of services to vulnerable populations across the Western Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management across the local area, including financial stewardship, human resources and performance management of staff, high-profile case reviews, and completion of briefings for senior officials.

Key responsibilities include risk assessment and analysis, case planning review and management, and critical inquiry to investigate issues and understand root causes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, directly supervising Child Protection Team Managers and Practice Leaders in the local area.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a commitment to promoting the safety, stability, and development of children and young people, and to achieving case plan objectives within specified timeframes.
