Freight Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Freight Sales Representative to join our business. In this role, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into paying customers through pre-scheduled calls and meetings.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in commission-based environments and be able to confidently handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close deals consistently. You will be working with businesses to understand their needs and provide them with a solution that meets those needs.

  • You will conduct pre-scheduled calls and meetings with qualified leads, presenting service solutions in clear and compelling 30-45 minute presentations.
  • You will handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • You will get businesses to sign up for the free freight platform and nurture them to use the platform.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets in commission-based roles.
  • Sales Background: Experience in any industry is welcome, including Freight, SaaS, real estate, insurance, financial services, business services, etc.
  • Proven closing ability - You must have a demonstrable track record of consistent sales success.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone/video calls.
  • Strong objection handling skills and confidence in asking for the sale.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management and follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable with technology (Zoom, CRM systems, basic computer skills).
