Senior Commercial Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team and drive sustainable revenue growth through commercial enterprises.
We are seeking a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing teams, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management or commercial leadership roles and possess exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to exceed targets and ensure long-term revenue growth.
- Manage and drive performance across all commercial enterprises, including retail sales and corporate partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including corporate supporters and community partners.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a retail management or commercial leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing teams, leading change, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and advocate for our mission.
