Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Pullman Hotels Sydney Olympic Park. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the beverage service function to ensure total customer satisfaction while meeting departmental budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the beverage service function to ensure seamless execution of service standards and exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead a team of beverage service staff to provide exceptional service, prepare and serve a range of beverage options, and ensure accurate guest billing and charges.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant & Bar Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control departmental expenses to meet budget targets and optimize profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hotel staff and management, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and event days.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
