Position Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated Head Pastry Chef to become a vital part of the creative team at Good Luck. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for innovation, lead a talented pastry brigade, and collaborate closely with both the head chef and executive chef.

The dessert offerings at Good Luck emphasize imaginative creations infused with Asian-inspired flavors. Anticipate delightful options such as black sesame and peanut flan, yuzu almond baba complemented by sake cream, or musk cheesecake paired with raspberry.

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a head pastry chef role or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in prestigious establishments, including upscale restaurants, hotels, or patisseries.
  • A strong grasp of various pastry techniques and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proven experience in managing a small team and fostering creativity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and a track record of high-quality delivery.
  • A solid understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and allergen management.
